Haroseth
- 2 apples, unpeeled, cored and finely chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup red wine
- Sugar
Mix well, add sugar to taste.

Mix all together and beat well. Cook at 350°F or until brown, about 10-15 minutes.
Dice the eggs, add 1 qt water and 2 Tbsp salt. Add additional water and salt to taste. Refrigerate until serving time.
