Beef Stew

Serves 8

  • 4 pounds stew meat
  • 3 cups onion soup
  • 1 cup burgundy
  • 3 Tbsp tomato sauce
  • 4 allspice berries
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • salt

Simmer until done!
