Greens, Tough (e.g., collard, mustard)
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ¼ to ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp smoke flavoring
- 1 pound greens
Sauté onion in oil until softened. Add broth, bring to boil, add rest of ingredients and simmer for 35 minutes.
