- 1 pound ground beef
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cans (4 oz each) diced green chiles
- ¼ tsp each ground cumin, coriander and salt
In skillet, brown beef with onion until crumbly. Drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until desired consistency.
