Polenta

Polenta

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup polenta
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Gradually add polenta to boiling, salted water, stirring constantly until thickened. Simmer slowly for approximately 25 minutes. Blend in oil.

Suggested additions: grated Parmesan cheese, basil.
